Their limited warranty

• Thirsties' products are under limited warranty for possible replacement (at Thirsties' election) up to 1 year after the original purchase date. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser only, and applies only to products used by consumers, not products used in commercial or institutional settings.
• Defects include loose stitching upon arrival, holes discovered upon arrival, broken snaps, etc.
• Replacement product(s) are only offered in the same size as original product(s) purchased.
• Staining, fading, holes that develop with use, and potential residue build-up are all considered normal 'wear and tear' and do not constitute defects.
• Leaks are not considered a defect. Please search their database at www.thirstiesbaby.com/customer-center/faqs for detailed instructions in battling leaks or call them and they will be happy to troubleshoot with you to ensure successful cloth diapering.
• This limited warranty does not apply to defects resulting from alteration or repair of the product, defects resulting from use with products or other components not supplied by or expressly approved in writing by Thirsties, or defects resulting from misuse (including use not in accordance with product instructions), abuse, accident, neglect, or improper maintenance or handling.

Thirsties will replace the defective items right away, with a prepaid label inside the package. The customer must use that prepaid label to send back the defective items in the same mailer. There is no cost to the customer and Thirsties tries to make it as easy as possible. All returned items are inspected for ongoing product improvement, then repaired (if repairable) by their sewers, and donated to supply needy families with cloth diapers and accessories, if appropriate.

This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty, written or oral, including but not limited to any express warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

What to expect next
Once you email Thirsties with all the requested information above, your Return Merchandise Authorization information will be reviewed and a Thirsties customer service rep will be in contact with you shortly. Defects covered under the warranty will be quickly replaced at no cost to you. Replacement product(s) are only offered in the same size as original product(s) purchased. Included in the replacement package will be a prepaid return label to mail the defect. Just place the defective product in the same reusable shipping package and attach the prepaid label and place it in the nearest United States Postal Service mailbox for pick up.

All returned items are inspected for quality control, ongoing product improvement, then repaired (if repairable) by Thirsties' sewers, and donated to supply needy families with cloth diapers and accessories, if appropriate.
