Home Town: Helena, MT
Job Title: VP of GreenCupboards.com
Job description in your own words: Being a resource to help the talents of our marketing team shine and create the best possible eco-shopping experience for our customers.
Reasons for working at GreenCupboards: Everything about it is pretty awesome– the people, the company, the culture. No complaints here.
#1 GreenCupboards shopping spree item (and why): X-Treme Scooters –XU-3000 Electric Utility Vehicle. I don’t know if this needs explanation, it’s just legit.
What environmental issue concerns you most: Climate change and access to affordable energy. Reducing emissions is a start but will never compensate for our growing populations and demand for energy. So we have to be creative and innovative, two things GreenCupboards is all about, and find unique ways to remove greenhouse gases from the atmosphere like carbon sequestration and carbon sinks. This way we can keep the planet safe while not stifling economic growth.
If I could grow up in any era of history it would be: 1970′s, I’m a big fan of the funk.
If I wasn’t working for GreenCupboards, I would be: Going to law school and working on public policy.
One time I: Gave myself a concussion doing a running back flip off of a tree
Before I die I would like to: Scuba dive on the Great Barrier Reef
Favorite Place on Earth: Out on my boat on Holland Lake in Montana
Favorite book: The Brothers Karamazov by Fyodor Dostoyevsky
The most creative thing I know how to do: Play the piano.
I would like you to know: That it is a common misconception that the Eye of the Tiger is the theme song for Rocky I. Eye of the Tiger doesn’t actually make an appearance until Rocky III, Gonna Fly Now is the theme for Rocky I. Check it out.
Myself in one sentence: I will throw myself 100% in what I do, whether it is work, study or friends, I commit to what I’m passionate about.

I have ALWAYS wanted to do a backflip off a tree, but I have always been too scared to try. Props Dan.
