Checking Your Order Status

Shipping & Delivery

Green Ship

Cases shipped directly from the vendor will arrive via USPS or one of several major delivery services. While we strive to have your order shipped on a same day basis, shipping times will vary with the carrier and may range from 1 – 4 days. However, your order could arrive early. Login to track your package or to see your order history – 24 hours a day!

We use flat rate shipping based on the dollar value of your order, as shown below:

GreenCupboards does not accept orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or International addresses. In some circumstances, however, we may be able to accommodate your order. Returns & Replacements

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your GreenCupboards products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase – for whatever reason – we will generally exchange the item(s) or refund your money. In limited circumstances, manufacturers do not allow returns, or may charge restocking or other fees. For those manufacturers, GreenCupboards must adhere to their policies. Please contact us prior to your purchase if you have a question regarding the return policy for a particular product or manufacturer.

Return of New Items

GreenCupboards generally allows you to return new, factory-sealed, and unopened merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. You may choose a full-credit product exchange, a credit for future purchase(s), or a full-credit refund using the same means of purchase payment. Refunds and exchanges are issued for the amount of merchandise only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges or other fees that may be specific to each manufacturer, including, but not limited to, restocking fees and handling fees. In limited circumstances, manufacturers do not allow returns, and for those manufacturers, GreenCupboards cannot issue refunds. Those manufacturers who will not accept a return are Laundry Alternative and Natura. Please contact us prior to your purchase if you have a question regarding the return policy for a particular product or manufacturer.

Return of Defective Items

GreenCupboards allows you to return defective merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full-credit refund using the same means of purchase payment.

Return Shipping Costs

You are generally responsible for return shipping costs for any product you decide to return. In the event that you exchange a defective product for a new product, GreenCupboards will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 30 days after your purchase date. Please contact us if you are uncertain as to the correct shipping address to return a particular item.

Order/Return Processing and Cancellations

We make every effort to promptly process your online order, and as such, it may not always be possible to cancel your order before it ships. Please contact us between the hours of 9AM – 5PM Pacific Time, Monday – Friday, at 1-800-326-1325 to request a cancellation, and we will do our best to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped, you can return it unopened and we will refund the purchase price. Unfortunately, we generally cannot refund shipping charges or other fees that may be specific to each manufacturer, including, but not limited to, restocking and handling fees. Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will typically be processed within 5 business days following receipt. Processing time may be slightly longer during peak business periods.
