If there is a problem with your Keekaroo product, please contact the retailer you purchased it from and follow their instructions.
Please note the following conditions:
There are certain things you must do in the event of a return in order to receive a full refund.
- You must keep your carton and packing materials for safe return transport! Please carefully repack the items so they are secure and tight inside the box in the same configuration you originally received them.
- You must contact Keekaroo within 30 Days of the receipt of the products. When you do, Keekaroo will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number to insure that your return is processed.
- All customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s) to Keekaroo also with a return authorization number and in the original packaging as above. To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. Of course, if you receive a defective product or an order that is in some way their error, Keekaroo will pay for the return shipping expense.

Best High Chair Hands Down

I cannot say enough good things about this Chair! This is one of those great finds that I will recommend to all my friends! I bought one of these for each of my 3 children and they have worked out great! I wasn't crazy about the grey cloth cushion, but when I found the new comfort cushions in the vibrant colors, I was sold! The chair is super solid, not that tippy feel that you can get from other chairs and I was able to adjust each seat (seat and footrest) for a perfect fit at the table for each of their individual size needs. This chair looks so much better than the big plastic chairs out there! I thought that the comfort cushions added just the right amount of color and each of the kids was able to pick out their favorite. I loved the fact that both the chair and cushions were easy to wipe clean. Probably one of the most important factors, considering all the food that ends up on the chair in our house! The cushions are super comfortable and do not slide around. We couldn't be happier!
