Green Mission: The eQua microfiber fabric is a synthetic material, engineered for performance & durability, and is recyclable. Manduka considers the product to be an eco-conscious choice, when the towel is used to its fullest potential. Its versatility eliminates the need for other fitness towels that wear out quickly. While the material will survive countless uses and washes, it can also be repurposed as a multi-functional cleaning cloth, if its life as a fitness accessory comes to an end. The packaging is made from 100% recycled PET material.

Manduka is committed to eco-responsibility, and is mindful of every decision they make in the manufacturing process. Manduka supports fair labor practices and toxic-free emission facilities. Wherever possible, they use natural, recyclable, sustainable and/or biodegradable materials, and constantly search for new green technologies.

Each detail is a conscious decision. Manduka constructs bags from recycled polyester fabrics and zippers from recycled plastic bottles. Their eKO line of yoga mats is produced using biodegradable rubber sustainably harvested from rubber trees with no toxic glues. Designed to last a lifetime, the PRO Series mats minimize impact on the environment and ensure years of superior practice for our community. Manduka's prop collection was developed using materials including sustainable cork, natural unbleached cotton, and recycled wool fibers.
