Mat Sling: The MatWare Collection uses durable recycled poly fabric produced from recovered plastic bottles (recycled PET) that are melted down and spun into polyester fiber thread. The production process of the MatWare Collection is certified for energy conservation by Oeko Tex and IOS. The factory conserves petroleum resources and significantly reduces the amount of CO2 emissions during the production process.
eQua Hand Towel: The eQua microfiber fabric is a synthetic material, engineered for performance & durability, and is recyclable. Manduka considers the product to be an eco-conscious choice, when the towel is used to its fullest potential. Its versatility eliminates the need for other fitness towels that wear out quickly. While the material will survive countless uses and washes, it can also be repurposed as a multi-functional cleaning cloth, if its life as a fitness accessory comes to an end. The packaging is made from 100% recycled PET material.

Use & Care
- Black Mat PRO:
- To Store: Roll your Black Mat PRO with the top side (fabric-finish) facing outwards. This keeps the corners of the mat flat when practicing.
- To Break In: The surface texture of the Black Mat PRO improves with use. Customers have found that the best way to "break in" their mat is to use it on a daily basis. Another trick is to sprinkle coarse sea salt over your mat, scrub it down with a sponge, and air dry in the sunshine.
- To Clean: It is recommended to use Manduka Mat Renew or any non-solvent household cleaner and a damp cloth or sponge. Hang to dry in the sunshine. DO NOT put your mat in the washing machine - it may break the machine and ruin your mat!
- Mat Sling:
- To Clean: Fabric does not absorb dirt and can easily be wiped clean with soap and a damp cloth.
- eQua Hand Towel:
- To Enhance Performance: To enhance the slip-resistant qualities of the fabric, spray with water to dampen before use.
- To Wash: Machine wash on cold. Hang to dry (recommended) or tumble dry on low setting.
- Water Bottle:
- To Clean: The Stainless Steel Water Bottle should be hand washed with warm/hot soapy water. For a deep cleaning every week, rinse with white distilled vinegar or baking soda. This method of cleaning will sanitize the bottle and provide fresh tasting water everyday. Washing loop caps in the dishwasher is not recommended because H2O can squeeze itself into the cap. Sport tops are dishwasher safe and can be cleaned with mild soap.
