Shipping and Returns
We don't like a lot of special rules and fine print around our shipping policy so we keep it simple. GreenCupboards orders of $49 or more ship absolutely FREE , no exclusions, exemptions or special cases. Even on heavier items like furniture you won't see any added charges for weight. If you only want to pick up a few things today, we will get your purchases under $49 to your door for a flat $5, no gimmicky 99 cents here.
We don't believe that a simple shipping policy means a slow shipping policy here. So we work hard to make sure your order makes it to you as fast as possible. Here’s how it works: When you make a purchase, our team here immediately processes it and prepares that order for shipment. Most orders from GreenCupboards actually ship directly from the manufacturer. This cuts down on carbon emissions since your products won't have to ship twice, once to us and then once to you, and makes sure that you get a new product right off the line. Currently, GreenCupboards generally does not accept orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or International addresses. However, in some circumstances we may be able to accommodate your order. Please contact us between the hours of 9AM – 5PM Pacific Time, Monday – Friday, at 1-800-326-1325 if you are interested in ordering from and/or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.
- We do not provide signature verification on orders shipped standard ground. You are responsible for your order once it has been delivered. Please provide a secure shipping address to ensure your order does not get lost or stolen. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please contact our Customer Care team at 1-800-326-1325.
- For orders that do not get shipped standard ground shipping (freight) we offer curbside delivery. Please provide a valid phone number for the carrier to set up a delivery date and time. If you desire any other delivery options, please give us a call at 1-800-326-1325. Any additional fees will apply.
- For orders that are undeliverable and shipped back to our facility, you will be refunded less any return shipping charge.
Returns & Refunds
Being happy with your purchase is one thing, but at GreenCupbards, we want you to be more than just satisfied. If you decide after your product arrives that the color just doesn't quite work or that it's not the right fit, you can return it to us within 90 days of the original purchase for a refund. We simply ask that the item is not used or expired, in the same condition that you received it and with the original packaging. We are more than happy to exchange, replace or refund you for a product that falls short of your expectation. Please note that some returned item(s) may be subject to a restocking fee. Please contact our customer care team to see which products are subject to restocking fees. - You can return your purchase for up to 90 days from the original purchase date.
- If a product arrives as defective or damaged in transit, please contact etailz within 10 days of shipment.
- Products must not be used or expired, in the same condition that you received them and with their original packaging.
- Products should be sent back using a trackable shipping method.
- We will only refund the cost of the item, shipping costs are your responsibility.
- After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed and your credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or as store credit within 7 days. Please be aware, your credit card company may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied to post it to your account.
