Bamboo must not be placed in the dishwasher (unless otherwise stated), must not soak in water and must be treated with mineral oil on a regular basis. Warranty
The warranty only covers items that were purchased directly from TruBamboo's website (www.TruBamboo.com). The warranty covers all items' that have a manufacturing defect. If TruBamboo's care instructions are not followed as listed below (and on packaging), the product/s will not be warranted.
