Peel, stick, done! It's incredibly easy to assemble and requires no tools at all. zBoards attach to each other with industrial-strength double-sided adhesive strip from 3M. Just peel, stick, and you're done.
When you're done assembling your Way Basics furniture piece, place the backer board at the rear of your furniture. This sturdy paper board is the essential framing piece that holds it all together. It's designed to adhere neatly, stabilize your furniture and create a finished look.
For maximum performance and longer furniture lifespan, it is recommended to let all Way Basics pieces set for 24 hours before use. When you order your furniture, Way Basics sends along some pretty thorough assembly tips to guide you through the steps.
Way Basics products are vertically constructed and when properly oriented can hold a substantial amount of weight. When these products are placed on their side, the boards that were once vertical (now horizontal) do not have the proper support in order for the product to have a long life.
With proper upright orientation, each shelf has the support of the two boards it is placed upon, which makes the unit strong and stable. When placed on its side, there is only the adhesive providing support and will fail if weight is placed on the unit when oriented improperly.
The backing board is instrumental to preserving the overall structural integrity of your Way Basics Products. It acts at a skeleton that provides lasting support for your Way Basics products. Choosing to not use it will make the product susceptible to collapse.
Way Basics warrants that the products will, for a period of one year from the date of shipment of such products to you, be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
Way Basics agrees to repair or replace without charge for labor or materials, all defective products which are returned for inspection to Way Basics within the applicable warranty period, and with the original receipt, provided that the inspection discloses that the product has:

- not been subject to misuse, improper maintenance, negligence, improper handling, inadequate packaging or accident, or

Those replaced or repaired parts supplied by Way Basics under warranty are excluded from this warranty, and the product, including any replaced and/or repaired parts, will be covered for the unexpired portion of the original warranty. All defective items or parts that Way Basics replaces shall become the property of Way Basics.
